Just returned from a fabulous stay at the Grand Cypress Villas. We had a one bedroom that was out of this world. It was newly renovated, had top line appliances (washer/dryer, dishwasher, full size fridge, microwave,stove,oven), flat screen tvs, free internet, jacuzzi tub, patio, hugh master BR with King bed, beautiful views of water and golf course, and only 5 - 10 mins from Magic Kingdom. I don't understand why there aren't more posts about this outrageous place. The housekeeping and turn down service are wonderful - and not an extra charge. There is a resort fee but it includes all activities and use of the Hyatt Grand Cypress pool and boats. I cannot rave enough about this beautiful place. 
The insane part is that we got to stay there for next to nothing by using our Thank You Network reward points. It was real rough going from the Grand Cypress to the Dolphin - size wise. Anyone looking for a spectacular villa should consider the Grand Cypress !
