Grand Cayman excursions

We are headed out on the Disney Fantasy in May and we will be hitting Grand Cayman. I see that some excursions go to Stingray City and some go to Stingray Sandbar. Which one is better? We have 2 girls, ages 7 & 9, and they want to try snorkeling (they love swimming with fins). I thought a trip to snorkel with the stingrays would be a good excursion, but I don't know which destination to choose. Or is there a better excursion that includes snorkeling? Thanks!!
