Grand Californian renovation updates

Can anyone link me to a podcast about the Grand renovations or a website that is keeping us up to date on the renovation? I'd love to understand more of what they're doing and possibly see before and after pictures if any are available yet. Opinions are great too!

We are talking about upgrading to GC from DLH for our next trip because we will have a toddler and a baby- the proximity might finally be worth it.

The end of the Grand Californian Superthread (http://www.disboards.com/threads/grand-californian-super-thread-updated-11-7-13.2396588/) has had some updates on the rennovation (go to the end of the thread, the last few pages).

I'm staying in March and am getting nervous! I know we will be in the parks for most of the days, so hopefully we won't notice as much. Issues with water being turned off, plastic sheeting and construction mess in the hallways, etc. scare me though.
