Grand Californian- Amazon Grocery Delivery

Does anyone have experience/feedback on the Amazon grocery delivery services (Fresh or Prime Now)? What’s the difference between the two? Which is better as far as selection, convenience, cost? Which one can be left with Bell Services if we’re in the Parks when it’s delivered? Is there a Disney charge for having it delivered to Bell Services? Will they keep the cold stuff cold till we pick it up? Thanks for any info you can provide!!

I am using Von's Delivery. Its a good option. They offer free delivery if you purchase over $50.00. You only need to be present if you have alcohol in the order.....

I've used Amazon Prime Now on a previous trip at GCH. I used that service since Amazon Fresh requires (or it did at the time at least) an additional membership fee over your normal prime dues. I found the selection for Prime Now to be sufficient for our needs. Since Amazon partnered with Sprouts and Whole Foods, their selection for fresh foods and produce has improved. Before I made my order I called down to bell services to make sure they could accept the delivery, they said yes, and that they could accommodate a small amount of perishables if needed (since policies tend to change, I'd call down to be sure before you place your order). But in our experience it worked out very well. Once we returned to the room for a break, we swung by bell services and picked up our order.

ETA: If you've never used Prime Now before it's very good at letting you know where your order is, and when it will be "arriving soon." You can select from 2 hour windows based on when you place your order.
