Hi, we requested to add concierge / club level service to a 2 br suite and was told it's a request but will need to be confirmed depending on availability. Does anyone know when you find out if concierge has been added to your suite?

I don't know, and hopefully someone who does will give a better answer, but I'm guessing that once you're within 5 days of your trip you should be able to find out if it's available. I don't really understand why they don't have a certain number of suites that come with concierge. Maybe the listed price would be too scary!

Base on posts to this board, availability is determined when you check in.
Seating in the lounge was increased during the renovation a few years ago, and additional "overflow" seating is just outside. You should have a good chance of adding lounge access, unless there is an event drawing many VIPs.

You might want to request a suite near the lounge/lobby, since many suites are quite far away.

Oh, you're right!! I should know that since I stayed in the Fairytale Suite, ha ha! But that's the only one I could ever afford and I didn't even think of the Signatures. Duh!
