Grand Cal Hotel/DL ticket ??

I may be going to Disneyland next April after my cousin's wedding in San Diego. My family and I will be staying at the Grand Californian for two nights, and only go to Disneyland for one day. Can we buy our one day park hoppers at the hotel?
