Both my best friend and myself have teens who will be graduating in 2014. We are planning a two family vacation to WDW and even though we both have 3 kids each going...this is to do something special for the older ones. Both will be 17 when we go. My DD has been there a few times, her DS has never been (they are not dating) and we want to give them some freedom as long as they stay together. I am looking for some ideas. Are there any spots that are great for an under 21 crowd?
