Grace period allowed with National?

Anyone know just how strict National is about time of car return? Here's our situation: We want to rent a car for the first 2 days of our trip and visit family outside Orlando. Picking up car at the airport and return it to the Car Care Center on WDW property. Since we'll be renting it about 2PM, just wondering how strict they are that we HAVE to have it back by that time 2 days later, or if there might be a one hour grace period (which would give us time to check in and drop our luggage off at our resort before returning the car).
I know we should ask when we pick it up, just trying to do a little advance planning. Thanks!

Alamo had a 29 minute grace period when we rented from them at the Miami airport last week. I'm hoping that National might have a longer grace period, otherwise I'll have to get to the airport 3 hours early in order to avoid extra charges when we use National in August.

Fifty nine minutes. Once you hit an hour, they start charging you an hourly rate.

I just called National and it's 29 minutes, after that they start charging you by the hour.

emmabelle is right. I rented a minivan from them in my hometown in June. I asked about a grace period and she said it used to be an hour, but now it's less than 30 minutes.

If you pick it up at 2:00PM, then you'll need to have it back at the same time 2 days later.... I'm not sure about a grace period. Our last 2 flights home have been so early in the morning that it didn't matter, LOL.
