goZing.....still no payment

I took a few surveys in Aug and my report says approx pay date for 3 in Sept. Well Sept has come and gone and now Oct is almost gone and still no payment to my Paypal account. I just sent my 3rd e-mail and never get any response. Has anyone had this problem with them or sent in e-mail and never have them answered? What a Pita!
