Gotta love bounceback! 10th ann. & family vaca PTR-9/201o-WE'RE BACK!

Gosh so so organised. Can you do my planning kit for me :teeth:

Do you keep all your planning files?

I am also going to do a small dining credit punch card like last year. It came in handy. I have a tiny hole punch that I carry in my backpack. Helps to keep us on track on what we are using. Sometimes digging through receipts can be a pain.

Oooh, love this idea! I personally do digital more (I have a smartphone mainly so that I can use Microsoft Office Mobile!!! What a geek I am :upsidedow ), so I might just do a Word document (pre-done mostly) with a list of ADR's and then I can just type "2 credits" next to each.

Also love how you have the menus for family to look at on the plane, especially since there are several people. And-it helps them because then they have to plan fewer "keeping occupied" activities for the plane ride, right?? :rolleyes1

Oooh, I just came up with a better one! Instead of a Word document, I'll do it in an Excel spreadsheet: that way I can insert a formula, so that each time I type in the number of credits used, it'll subtract and tell me how many we have left!!! (Since it's soooo hard to subtract from a total of 30 meal credits  )

Sophia, you are inspiring me more and more!!!

Love your ideas. :thumbsup2

Sometimes plane rides can be so boring so I figured the menus would give us all something to do. Joe sleeps though. How he does that is beyond me. The minute his seat belt clicks, the man is out cold. :lmao:

I keep all of my receipts too. I put them in the day-by-day sheet protector at the end of each day but sometimes it is a pain to check and see how many credits are left.

I also make 4x6 itinerary cards and laminate them. I put them on a ring and attach that to my backpack. The cards have our daily itinerary and mini touring plans plus all confirmation numbers and number of credits used. I laminate them right before we leave in case we have last minute changes. I've done this two years in a row now and it's awesome because half the time I forget ADR times and I loathe digging in my backpack for a list. I just look at the cards. I advance them at the end of the day so the next day is the one on top. Yep, I am a geek...I totally admit it! Once we get home, I scrapbook with the cards. :rolleyes1

Here is one card from a couple of years ago.

I tend not to take pictures since they have so much info on them. :rolleyes1

Great updates. Don't you just love the Hidden Magic of Disney book? I picked it up before our trip last year and read it on the car ride down.

I love you planning tools. Where did you get the Disney font? It just adds more magic to the paper.

Glad you got your MNSSHP tickets. That party was so much fun.

How did I miss the trip report board until now?????????? :confused3

I love what I have read so far, now going back to catch up! Our trips overlap by one day :lmao: so this is one I must not miss! :flower3:

Both your nails and the card are just too cute!!! :cutie: :cutie: :cutie:

Thanks :goodvibes

Joe got the font for me. I'm not sure where he got it from, but I use it a lot.

Hello and welcome! Glad to have you!

Seems like I'm meeting quite a few people where our trips overlap! I love Disney in September. It's my favorite time of year.

Thanks for reading!!

Still trying to navigate here. Info overload!!

Hello, and welcome!

I see by your post count that you are new to the DIS. I remember when I first joined I felt the same way...info overload.

Thanks for joining. It's nice to have you with us. Let us know if we can help you navigate.:goodvibes

If we lived closer together, I would def help you with your planning kit!:surfweb:

And yes, I save them all. :rolleyes1:rolleyes1

If only :)

Its cool that you save them, can file them all together and look back over them when you feel nostalgic for Disney :goodvibes

:dance3::dance3: Yay!!! Next we have to pick a meeting place so we can say HI!!!!

Definitely! I would love to meet up with you and Joe! We will have to arrange things once it gets closer. :goodvibes

I read a few TR lately of DISers mentioning they did laundry. They would throw in the load. go to the pool, go and switch it over, etc. A few commented they used the new Purex all in one sheets to make it easier. I know one of them did laundry at WL. I LOVE  the Hidden Magic book! I have only flipped through it and read a few things here and there. I am trying to decide if I am going to read it this summer as prep for our trip or read it on the way down to Disney!! :goodvibes: That is incredibly kind of Stefy--those gifts are great!

Binder: Love it! I especially like your menu pages. I want to do something similar but need to finish my last project for class first.

Look at you and all of your planning stuff. Love that Tinkerbell journal!

I'm thinking that maybe we should try MNSSHP for a meet? I believe we're both going on the same day. If not, I'm open for any suggestions.

Ooh, I never thought of the Purex sheets. I spent a small fortune doing laundry last year....well, I think it was more like $20. :lmao: Honestly, that's one thing that I appreciated about CSR. We were close to the facility and it was very clean, etc. It was hot as you-know-where in there but that was to be expected.

I love the stuff that Stefy and Dave sent. It's awesome. I am reading the book and highlighting stuff that I want to remember. I will probably go over it again over the summer too. What I really should be doing though is the CPE for my PHR. :rolleyes1 I have another year before renewal but I need to get to it. Can't tear myself away from Disney planning though.

Look at you and all of your planning stuff. Love that Tinkerbell journal!

:laughing: I got the journal for like $2 last year at the Disney Store. They were changing stuff out. I bet I get 2 or 3 years use out of it. :thumbsup2

I'm a plannin' machine! :rotfl2:

I made this to hang on the outside of our door. I will take one of those removable hooks and attach it to the outside of our door. I plan to scrapbook a page to hang on the door that says something like "where are you from?" or "what's your favorite park?" Then, passersby can write on the Mickey Heads with the marker. I will scrapbook when them when we get home and use both the page that I hang up there and the various Mickey heads. I made the Mickey heads with my Cruicut. I just cut out a bunch of red, yellow, and white heads.

What do you think???

I also made this little LGMH for my backpack. I was going to put my screen name but I just put Do You DIS instead. Joe got me a laminator last year and I use the heck out of it Disney planning. I had no clue I'd get this much use out of it.

What do you think?

And finally, I carry this in my backpack. Yeah, I know, looks a bit strange. But, this thing is AMAZING. You fill it with water, leave it in the fridge overnight. I put it in my backpack and when it is super hot, I take it out, pump it once (from the bottom) and hold down the mister button. It's heaven! Awesome little thing. I put it in a plastic bag because it sweats from being in the fridge.

Handy little gadget!

So cute! And fun idea. Have you done this in years past? If so, what's the response that you've gotten?

So perfect for FL in September! (Or about ten months of the year!)

I am in awe of your trip-planning abilities. :thumbsup2 I love reading your posts, one benefit is that they energize me to do my chores! :yay: (Or do they exhaust me?? :upsidedow )

Keep posting!!!

Rebekah,

Thanks! :goodvibes I just love trip planning. The only down side is I get nothing else done. :rolleyes1

I've done this before but last year we stayed at CSR and I didn't get much of a response. I think though because it is a convention type resort, that had something to do with it. We didn't see a lot of children running around, etc. More like people in suits. :rolleyes1 I am hoping that we will get a better response staying at a resort where everyone there is there for the purpose of seeing Disney. :goodvibes

I love the Mickey Head Hanger, I hope you gets lots of cool messages :thumbsup2

Also love the Dis card, have you had people from the Dis come up to you before when you have had the LGMH?
