Agree with AV that Ei$ner's personal wants will come first. Once he is taken care of, the rest goes to the highest buyer.
With Ei$ner, it's always been about him, IMO.

Comcast's bid ddin't fill Eisner's greed, and Comcast figure they didn't need Eisner's approval anymore. They can "go over his head" and convince Wall Street investors this is a good deal.

Eisner is getting outplayed.
