I was just told that I could not participate in this offer if I did not actually receive the offer in the U.S mail or email. How are the rest of you able to do so just by calling the number? I just contacted them and that is what the agent told me. bummer!

I did actually get the mailer. I had just lost it so asked on here for the phone number. They had me in the system....

Correct. This is an invitation for randomly selected guests (with upcoming trips)...and not a public offer on the DVC website.

Last year the requirement was by referral of a DVC member (via an now expired link)...or by invitation.

The information states that it's a special offer/gift and contains an expiration date, and is valid for trip dates xx-xx. Phone numbers differentiate on each offer.

I've received two invitations via my email;
One, last year, addressed to DH and I from DVC Jim
Another, this year, addressed to my parents...my name wasn't on it.

Hi, I just wanted to give an update on this. The guy from DVC left me a voicemail yesterday and today I received a my $25 gift card via Fedex
