Your airfare is great! We usually fly AirTran too (out of Minneapolis) and have found good rates. I am nervous, though, for this year with gas prices going up up up. As soon as I see something decent, I am going to grab it!

I don't know how accurate this is, but touringplans has 9/13 listed for the first MNSSHP.

Did you make your ADR's? Did you get everything that you wanted?

Thanks so much!!! Would you believe they are STILL going strong in this tournament!?!?!?! They WON on Tuesday night at the buzzer and play again tomorrow night!!! It really is so much fun watching them play!

Hey there!!! Thanks for joining in the fun!!! Im so excited to have most of my family coming with us this trip! But I have to be honest... I think I am looking more forward to the cruise just because it's something new and unknown to me!

I have only flow with air tran from probably the last 5 year b/c there rates have been SO good from Philly! And I hear ya on the gas prices... I book as soon as you can, b/c with fuel going up, I'm sure the prices will too!

Tomorrow is my ADR day! I will be up bright and early making them thatt's for sure! My fingers are crossed I get the places and times I want. I'll be sure to post tomorrow with ALL the details!

And thank you so much... Devon is my world and yes he cleans up pretty good too!

Well today my thought was that I'd sign on to the Dis and be all excited that tomorrow is my ADR Day!!! Well... I'm not too happy today!

My car was making this funny noise on Monday and I said that I would take it to the shop to get looked at this weekend... Well the noise was getting worse and more frequent so I figured I'd probably shouldn't wait to get it looked at so I had my brother, Tim drop it off this morning for me (he works right across the street from the auto body place).

Come to find out its going to cost close to $600 to fix!!! WTH??? I am SO not happy about having to fork over the dough to say the least. My car isn't even 3 years old yet! But of course roters and breaks aren't covered under my warranty since its considered wear and tear. I'll tell ya they just don't make cars like they used too!

Anywho... Just had to vent! Always seems like life throws you curveballs when all is good in your world!


On the bright side tomorrow is my ADR making day!!!

UGH!!! I know tell me about!!! They suck all the $$$ out of you... One reason that I always have a new car is so that I DON'T have to pay to get them fix. In talking to the mechanic yesterday, looks like I just was given a bad set of breaks and rotors from the beginning! Oh well hears hoping NO more issues... Let me rephase that... There will be NO more issues b/c if there is I am trading in my car and getting a NEW one!

Update on dining ressies coming... NOW!!!

As my earlier post today mentioned… I have OFFICIALLY BOOKED all of my ADR’s for our Sept. Trip!!!

And I am SUPER happy to report that…. I GOT EVERYTHING I WANTED!!!

So here’s the rundown of where we will be eating this trip and when! (Can you all sense my excitement?)

Thursday 9/1 Sci Fi Café for lunch @ 1;25p

Friday 9/2 Teppan Edo for dinner @ 6:40p

Saturday 9/3 Chef Mickey for breakfast @ 9:30a

Sunday 9/4 Tusker House for breakfast @ 9:30a

Sunday 9/4 Grand Floridian Café for dinner @ 7p

Monday 9/5 Captain’s Grille for dinner @ 5:15p

*** On Wednesday 8/31 we plan to eat a WGP Express for dinner and on Tuesday 9/6 we will just eat at a QS location before we head home.

Well there you have it!!! My ADR’s for our Disney Trip! It’s hard to believe that we only really have 179 days to go… Seems so close, yet so far away!

Here’s hoping time goes by quickly!

Resse, I am so sorry to hear about your car. I am lucky in the fact that Danny can normally fix just about anything with our car. We are going to have our hood painted while we are on our cruise (the rock chips ate up our hood--I have never had a car look like this, I really think it is a manufacturer defect but no recall so what can you do), luckily Danny has a friend who paints so that helps.

GREAT JOB! on the ADR's, I can not wait until I get to do it (did you do it all online? I am nervous about getting the breakfast that I want, I want to be in an empty park!)

Thanks Jill!!! Yes, I really did not expect to have to fork out that much $$$ for the car but what can you do right? And I was so happy that I was able to get all my ADR's right at the times I wanted. Within 20 mins All my reservations weremade this morning!

Hey Connie!!! I know the car thing was a real downer and of course after I get it fixed I ran into a friend of mine who was like "oh my cousin would have done the work for you and only charged you for part" Now you tell me! LOL!!!

Thanks!!! I was so happy I got want I wanted!!! Yes, I did book them online. It is so easy and I was done in less then 20 mins. I definitely recommend booking the places you want the most 1st. When you do, there is a scroll down menu for the time. You can pick an exact time or you can pick a category: breakfast, lunch or dinner. If you click on breakfast, lunch or dinner as opposed to a specific time you will see all the times available under the specific category for that day. That is how I did most of mine.

I know!!! I was so excited that we got EVERY THING we wanted!!! Guess you can say waking up at 10 of 5 in the morning 6 months before a trip paid off!!!

I bet the next 3 weeks will fly by! You'll be making your ADR's before you know it!

Well all, not much to report on the Disney front... But I am happy to share with you all that Devon's All-Star team took home 3rd place in the basketball tournament they were in!!! I was so proud of those boys... They played their little hearts out the whole tournament and totally deserved to place!

Thank you so much!!! Most of the boys picked for the all-star team are only in their 1st and 2nd years of playing! They were so excited... They played Friday night, then 3 games back to back on Saturday (I literally walked in the gym at noon Saturday and walked out at 6:20p) and then they played yesterday and won 3rd place! Needless to say Devon passed out at 6:30p last night! He was exhausted!

I can't wait to make our ADR's......June 5th seems so far away!! All your choices sound yummy. I'm still up in the air about a couple options, I'll have to read some more reviews.
