Got our Mickey Mail today!!!! But.....(update)

Our DME tags weren't in there.... it's noted on our final docs, but they aren't in there.

I called CRO and they said that DME tags are mailed separately (I always remember them being together), so they gave me a number to call....it was a fax number...

Now I'm on hold, but at least I'm listening to the music for Soarin'

Am I crazy, or are the DME tags supposed to come with tha package materials, coupons, etc...

ETA: guess I didn't need to call. Got our DME tags today...I guess I'll be getting some extra ones from my call on Friday too, can ever have too many I guess!!! .

I just got off the phone with CRO, and the agent that I spoke to apologized for the previous agent who gave me the fax number to call as "no one should ever be giving out numbers". She stated that the ME Vouchers and yellow tags are sent out separately from the package coupon vouchers...she said that those are typically sent out about 2-3 weeks from arrival dates "just in case there are any changes"

She then sent an email to the document department to just send the DME stuff now since I had called. So, I shall wait and see

Hopefully you'll get them later this week then. Our DME stuff has always come separately from our Mickey Mail in the past.

I panicked a couple of weeks ago when our DME information/tags were not included in our Mickey Mail. As you said, it was all together in the past, so it caused quite a scare in me. I called and received the same information you did. I fretted until they safely arrived a few days later. Give it a few days and I'm sure your tags will happily be in your mail.

Yes!! You can get more...CRO said we are getting one for each person ( so 4), but asked if I wanted more...you can call and get more, they'll even overnight them to you.

I also thought we had more than one per person. Oldest dd was on my parents reservation because we stayed at AKL. So we didn't have a tag for her. And we had 6 total bags for 5 people if memory serves. I am sure I had enough to mark all of our luggage.

They normally are sent seperately. I got mine 28 days before my last trip.

You can also call and ask for more if you need them - even ask for more in advance if you know how many you'll need. They only send 1 per person now.

Just think, because the Magic Express info does not come with the package info, you get 2 Mickey mails

ME tags come separately in a different envelope. I have made many changes over the past few years to my reservations. I don't even bother calling CRO. I call ME directly 866-599-0951. If you give them your reservation #, they can handle everything in a timely manner. It is good to have their number if their is any last minute changes to your flight information as well.
