Got my survey!!

An update...I checked out of Pop on Dec. 8th and received a survey in my e-mail today. It asked lots of questions about MM+, FP+, etc. Anytime I rated something less than excellent, it asked me why. I was able to leave a lot of feedback.

My favorite part was when it asked me why I showed a preference for Traditional Fast Pass over Fast Pass +. I was able to leave a LOT of feedback for this.

So if you haven't received a survey yet and are hoping for one, it took 8 days for me to get one. I still might send a letter with my thoughts as well.

I got a request to fill out a survey, but it doesn't sound like the kind of survey you received. First of all, it wants me to create a new account. My MDE account username and password doesn't work for it. Then it wants me to write a review on our resort, dining or other experiences, as if I was writing a review for a trip advisor website.

I was hoping for the survey about the MB's and fp+'s, not a resort review. Did you receive a multiple choice type survey?
 
I'm always pleased to read when folk complete these surveys. I am also one who likes to have my say :rotfl: but it is also so important that our positive reports as well as criticism all go to the right place :thumbsup2

Wood Nymph, when we've been over the last few years Disney seem to be sending more than one survey out after our trip. When did you go? It could be that you still have another one (or more) to come. Strange about the email address though. Is the email linked to your MDE account perhaps different to the one that you had as a contact email for your resort or anything else on your last stay?
