Tower of Terror is having some sort of themeing? Any ideas what it is? Don't recall that from last time we attended.

I'm also surprised that Disney, being the highly coordinated marketing arm that they are sent me a flyer asking me to buy tickets even though I already bought tickets 3-4 weeks ago. Don't these guys have a better system? Its also the AP flyer, and the tickets have been on open sale for a week now because the AP-only sale ended 7/31. Seems a bit late to be sending out an AP flyer.

The AP sale didn't end -- it's just that the AP holders got a 2-week jump start on being able to buy their tickets before the general public. The AP holders can still buy discounted tickets now.

Sadly, Tower of Terror doesn't have any Halloween theming anymore (there used to be mild Halloween theming years ago, but as far as I know it is long gone). DCA has almost nothing in the way of Halloween décor (short of Duffy's Pumpkin Patch photo spot and a Halloween-inspired mad T Party, which may not be in full effect early in the Halloween Time season), so every year Disney adds in ToT to their descriptions/synopses of Halloween Time activities, presumably to emphasize another "spooky" attraction for the Halloween Time season.

ToT is also included on the Happiest Haunts tour, if I am not mistaken.

As for their late flyer/brochure, that's not too unusual for Halloween Time and Holiday Season-related materials. Not only do they send them out late, they also keep them up on their site late. They just removed the Holiday 2013 Backstage Pass -- the AP newsletter/calendar -- from the DLR website in early July/late June! And they never mailed out a Summer 2014 version of BP at all.

Also, let's not forget that, last year, Backstage Pass revealed that the MHP started on Monday, 9/30/13...when, in actuality, it started on Friday, 9/27/13!:rotfl2::rotfl2:

We received ours today as well! We are going the second weekend of September, before any of the Halloween parties so I am trying not to think about it too much. We had so much fun last year!
