Wow Allison, It's so good to read a post about a person who is getting one of these wonderful dogs. Our family (late mother and I) have been donating to CCI for years but you are the first person I have every read (or know of) who has been about to get a dog. CONGRADULATIONS!!!

Our new addition is coming next month...a therapy dog for our two boys..his name is Rufus..."you know, mom, like the naked mole rat from Kim Possible!!"
