I got my ADR's done earlier this week. But after looking at some of the days it just seems like some of the meals are on top of each other. Any suggestions about spacing any of my days out would be great. By the way 6:30-7:00 is about the latest we can eat with two under 3.

Y'all are gonna be there at almost exactly the same time as us - and low crowds are the general expectation, which is lucky because you have very little touring time in there some days....

MON 4/20/2009
DINNER Boma 6:20 PM

TU 4/21/2009
BREAK Kona Café 8:55 May be done by 10, leaves two hours and a little before you'll need to check in to Coral Reef in another park... 30 minutes at least travel time from Poly to gates at Epcot
LUNCH Coral Reef Restaurant 12:30 May be done by 2, which leaves about 3 1/2 hours until you must leave for the Contemporary to check in for dinner with Mickey... total time in Epcot not including dining time about 5 hours for the day...
DINNER Chef Mickey’s 6:40

WED 4/22/2009
BREAK Boma 7:45
LUNCH The Crystal Palace 12:50May be seated by 1, although wait times here can be much longer at peak times (very popular).... Might finish lunch by 2:30 if you plan to wait for all 4 characters to make it around to visit your table... leaves two hours until it's time to head to Poly to check in for luau... including the morning time (assuming you come to MK straight after breakfast) the total time in MK today not counting dining time is about 5 hours, 3 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon
DINNER Spirit of Aloha Show @ Cat 2 5:15

THUR 4/23/2009
BREAK Playhouse Disney's Play 'N Dine at Hollywood & Vine 9:05 Out by 10:15, leaves about 3 hours before checking in for lunch...
LUNCH Sci Fi Diner 1:25 Another 3 hours after lunch is finished before checking in for dinner, which totals 6 - with small children this may be enough time to cover most of what you have planned to see/do in this park...
DINNER 50’s Prime Time Café 6:10 No problem, except if you are trying to catch Fanstasmic on this night at 8:30... dinner at PTC can easily take two hours because they are notorious for longish waits to get tables at peak mealtimes... leaves very little time before the show starts over at Fantasmic, and little likelihood of finding seats since it will be the only show this week until Sunday rolls around...

FRI 4/24/2009
BREAK Donald’s Safari Breakfast 9:10 Might be done by 10:30, leaves less than 2 1/2 hours until check-in for lunch
LUNCH Tusker House Restaurant With Nemo Tickets 1:05 The thing I would worry about here is time for the show rather than the meal - the tickets from the meal are good only at the 3:15 show, over around 3:45, which will leave you an hour and 15 minutes until park closes. The total time left for you see the AK apart from time spent dining is going to be about 4 1/2 hours for the day...
DINNER Ohana 6:40

SAT 4/25/2009
BREAK Princess Storybook at Akershus 8:20 Might be done by 9:30, leaves 2 1/2 hours before time to check in for lunch, which is probably okay but then...
LUNCH Teppen Edo 12:30 Might be finished with a very filling meal by 2, which is a little more than 3 hours until you check in for...
DINNER Le Cellier Steakhouse 5:25 Your third very satisfying meal of the day... And, your total time available for enjoying the park outside of eating is about 7 hours total, counting the 1 1/2 or so left after dinner...

SUN 4/26/2009
BREAK Boma 7:45
DINNER Cinderella’s Royal Table 4:05

MON 4/27/2009
BREAK Boma 7:45

All in all, if y'all are looking for a satisfying culinary adventure, then you have a great plan - lots of good choices on your list.
Touring time will be limited severely by the amount of time spent dining, which is one of the two big reasons why we never consider the DxDDP - the other being too much food for us overall - but again, if that is a secondary part of your planning then you will be okay. Four to six hours total touring time each day means you can hit a couple of the big attractions if you plan carefully.

Hope y'all have a magical trip! pixiedust:

OMG, that is a LOT of table service meals!! I take it you are on the deluxe DDP? I don't really have any suggestions other than maybe do another signature restaraunt or 2 (uses 2 TS credits) that way you won't have so many meals so close together? Jiko and Narcoossees are very good.

We are there the exact same days as you.. are you staying at AKL?

We did the Delux DDP so had 3 meals/day. Yes the times may seem close, but with little ones you will be happy with the scheduled down time. Remember you don't have to stuff yourslf full if you are concerned about over eating.
