This will be my 3rd trip in May (within a year, crazy!) We're driving all the way from Wisconsin. It will be me (28), my VERY picky DH (29), DS (5), DD (3) and my MIL (first time for her!) We arrive on May 5th & we're staying at Bonnet Creek. It will be our first time not at a Disney resort :( We wanted to keep cost down a bit for my MIL so I didn't go as crazy with the ADR's as I wish I could. DH is super picky... he'll eat most breakfast foods but we cut him out of a few meals (he'll have no problems with getting pizza somewhere else while we enjoy a meal).

Saturday, May 5th - Arrival Day - TRex 8:00 (this was the only time available 180 days out - crazy!)

Sunday, May 6th - Epcot Future World Day - Garden Grill for just the 4 of us (no DH) 4 pm

Monday, May 7th - Hollywood Studios Day - No ADR's for the day, plan to eat lunch/dinner at Pizza Planet

Tuesday, May 8th - Animal Kingdom Day - Boma Breakfast 7:45 am

Wednesday, May 9th - Magic Kingdom Day - Chef Mickey's Breakfast 7:30 am
I plan to make reservations to parasail after breakfast for DH & I. We have appointments at noon for Pirates League and BBB at 2pm. I'm also hoping to book the dessert party for this night.

Thursday, May 10th - Epcot World Showcase Day - Akershus Breakfast before park opening 8:05 am & Ohana dinner at 7:00 pm

Friday, May 11th - I'm going to let them choose which park they want to return to this day... just MIL & I will have dinner at Cape May Buffet this night at 5 pm. DH & the kids will be eating at Hurricane Hanna's :)

We plan to bring snacks into the parks. I know we'll be stopping for a few QS meals in between as well. We have a full kitchen at Bonnet Creek so we'll try to utilize that as much as possible but I can't see us really taking any breaks during the days. My kids are pretty commando when it comes to WDW :)

I would change Chef Mickey's to the Crystal Palace, but other than that it looks good to me. I would try for an early (before the park opens) ADR

Thanks! We did the early ADR at CRT 2 weeks ago and while it was great, I wouldn't pay OOP for a meal like that. We're not fans of Crystal Palace... would rather see Mickey than Pooh.

Is Boma a must? Tusker House breakfast at AK is really good and Mickey is there. You could try for a before-opening reservation.

Thanks! I might just do that. I loved Boma for dinner and wanted to go back but Tusker has really caught my eye as well... I will compare :)

Great ADR's. I agree with the pp, Tusker House has an awesome breakfast.

Me(24), my DH(27) and our son(2) will be traveling to WDW next May as well!

We decided to pay OOP. We did the dining plan December '10 when it was just me and him. It just ended up being too much food for us. Since our son can eat off of our plates, we figured it be cheaper this way.

Needless to say, I was so excited to get all the reservations I wanted.

Sunday May 6: arrival day
MK EMH evening
Monday May 7: EPCOT
5:20 pm Coral Reef
Tuesday May 8: DHS
CS
Wednesday May 9: MK
8:20 am Crystal Palace
Thursday May 10: AK
8:05 am Tusker House Breakfast

We like the Mexican CS at EPCOT. We also like Peco's Bill at MK. I've never had CS at DHS, so it'll be interesting to find something there besides sandwiches or burgers.

If you're not happy with your TRex ADR time, try calling the restaurant directly. Only some of their reservations are available to the Disney online system.

Looks great, you pick a lot of great restaurants. Agree with pp as well about CP and Tusker House breakfasts; they are wonderful.:thumbsup2

I would definately do that unless you are ok with your current time. I was 2 months out from my trip & the system on-line had no availablilty. I called the restaurant & got the time I wanted no problem!! The # is (407) 828-TREX (8739)
