Got ME Vouchers today-they forgot 2 of us!!

I had completely forgotten that the ME vouchers and luggage tags would be arriving very soon since we are down to 22 days to go!!

When i saw them in the mail today, i was very happy to know that we are that close to going again.

i opened it up, and found that they left 2 of us off!!

We have a party of 6, 2 adults, 4 kids. We have 2 rooms booked under 1 reservation number with all 6 of us on it. we had the vouchers and luggage tags for only 4 of us. I called them and they did have their names on it, but didnt know why they didnt get theirs as well. they are sending out another one for us with the missing 2 on it.

they also said that since we are resort hopping and will be at another resort on the return trip, we will get another conf later for that one.

make sure you check your names on the ME vouchers!!

They only print 4 guests to one envelope. You will get another envelope with the remaining 2 guests.

Magical Express is never sold out.

Going to Disney, should the last few vouchers not arrive on time ME will still transport your entire family when you show up at the ME welcoming area.

Returning home you need confirmed reservations, a bus time in writing, and a voucher (bus ticket) for each person but these can (must) be obtained or modified for a different resort etc. as late a day before checkout.

We had 7 in our group. Four vouchers came in one envelope and 3 came in another. You will probably get the other envelope in a day or two.

We just got back yesterday and had a great experience with ME. There was no wait when we arrived and our luggage got to our room within an hour and a half. Our bus to take us back to the airport was about 10 minutes late picking us up, but we had plenty of time.

Think of it as a manufacturing issue. DME tags and vouchers are obviously custom-printed, but the DME booklets themselves are bound/stapled with a certain number of pages in them. There are only enough pages of DME tag stickers to accommodate 8 stickers, 2 per person for 4 people. Please post when you get the additional booklet for the additional people in a day or two. The other 2 vouchers should arrive in a day or two. They are only able to print 4 people per booklet...don't worry..
