Got ME Package, But not resort????

We got our ME package yesterday
But have not received the resort package, is this normal?

We got ours about one week after booking, but still haven't gotten any resort information. We leave 3 weeks from this coming Saturday.

You should have gotten the confirmation paperwork for the resort either in the mail or email. Other than that, you will receive your resort info packet (resort map, daily activities list, park brochures, etc) when you check in.

Every other year we goy a packet with vouchers for arcade, planet hollywood etc and also luggage tags I think(not the mE tags) but ones to write your name on. Has something changed since last year? I got the cofirmation email that it was paid off

we leave in 17 days and haven't received anything yet.I emailed ta yesterday and she said she's still waiting on the packet I really hope it comes soon!
