Got Liv and Maddy taping tixs but....

Hello! I was very excited that we were able to get Liv and Maddie tickets today. I started searching for tips on how early we needed to get there and read a few horror stories that the tickets bascially don't mean anything since VIPs get in first. Is it still this way? The posts were older that I had found. We actually would have been in LA for 2 days then head to Disney but were going to drive back up to LA just for the tv taping. We'd be losing a lot of park time to do the taping but I was willing if it was a real ticket. Very torn now!! Has it gotten better? We have tickets for 8/26. We would not be able to just go back if we are turned away since we are coming from the east coast. I'd be delaying our 2 days in San Diego by going back up to LA for the taping.

Unfortunately it's true. And true of all TV tapings. The VIPS get in first. The tour busses get in second and if there are any seats left the ticket holders get in.

Bummer! I didn't know about the tour busses! Seems like a bad idea to even try.

There won't be a tour bus at Liv & Maddie, that audience only holds about 150.

Good point. It's not an internationally popular show. It may be easier to get into than the network shows.
