Got hitched this weekend!!

My partner of 9 years and I got our civil union in Illinois this past weekend. It was the best day of our lives, can't believe it went by so fast.

Now comes the task of getting my name changed and such. I'm taking my husbands last name. I was going to hyphenate but didn't want some huge last name.

Our friends and family have been so supportive of us that it makes me misty eyed thinking about it.

We went on a Celebrity Cruise in April and are going to WDW in October, so I guess that will be our honeymoon.
