Got GREAT customer service from Proflowers

We sent a centerpiece to DH's grandmother for christmas (she is impossible to buy for and LOVES getting flowers), and it was delivered today, and although nice, it was not what we ordered. I called proflowers, and they were very apologetic. They said to enjoy the flowers that were sent, and they would overnight the correct arrangment for 10 am delivery tomorrow! I was impressed that in this day and age of outsourced customer service I got a real person who spoke English, and immediately fixed the problem without my having to argue, or get upset to get it done!
 
We had a Pro-Flowers moment tonight as well. We came home and found a box on our doorstep. It had the correct address of our house on it but the persons name was not anyone we recognized. We called them up adn explained what happened and They said they would call the person who ordered them and get the shipping issue fixed and a new order sent out to the person intended. In the meantime the supervisor told us to enjoy the flowers as they were not going to send anyone back to our house to pick them back up since he didnt know the correct address they would need to go to. Yeay pretty tulips for Christmas.:cool1:
 
When I want to send flowers, I know who I'm going to use.
 
I was suppose to get flowers from them today did not show up. They refunded the $10 shipping and said that If I didnt receive them by 2 tomorrow they would refund our purchase. Husband said they were very nice no fighting for a refund and the roses were only $20 in a vase delivered. Had we gone local they would have cost about $80
 

DH got me 2 dozen red and white tulips from Proflowers yesterday...very pretty. We've always had good luck with them.
 
I am glad to see others have been pleased as well. WE have used them several times and are always happy with what we get. This is the first issue we have had and I was really pleased with how they handled it.
 
Proflowers does rock! Always have exceeded what was expected.
