Got Emeril's (OT?) for September

Not sure if this is OT, there is no Universal Restaurant forum.

We're staying at Universal/Hard Rock Hotel at the beginning of our trip, and on a whim I tried for reservations at Emeril's Orlando at Unviersal's CityWalk (Universal's equivalent of PI). I didn't expect to be able to get anything since this is such a high-profile restaurant, but they had plenty of dinner availability for sept. 8 & 9th. Just FYI.

We ate at Tchoup choup, his second one in Royal Pacific Hotel June 26. We also had no problem getting reservations, except you must confirm them the day of the reservation by 3pm or they automatically cancel. We loved it..food was great...service exceptional..decor beautiful. You can reserve on emeril's website now.
