We're planning a trip for November and I've been following advice and saving different plans online. I was hoping for a pin and had some questions about reservations so I called today. I asked if there were any pins and she said yes! It's the 40/30/20 code so I put a hold on a reservation for the Poly 11/28-12/5. I came home to talk to DH about it and checked my email to show him the quote. Lo and behold, there was an email pin! It said that since I was thinking of taking another trip to the World and planning my trip I should use the discount they provided. Then it said that since I was thinking of coming in November they had picked a discount for me! The email arrived at 4:29 and I called Disney at 4:19. Not sure if the pin came from the call or the saved trips online.
