I was also going to say that my reservation name went in wrong through the automated system and for some reason the CM at guest services was unable to fix my name but did attach my cc# as well as gave me a new confirmation number.
When I realized that I did not get an email, I called back a second time. The CM there confirmed my reservation and said that I would not get an email. She even attached that it was my daughter's birthday as a celebration and took her name for the reservation, so I am more confident now that we are all set. The email she said is connected to online booking, but I know my reservation will not connect to my online reservations due to the last name difference.
