Got and used free dining PIN, but it isn't showing on our reservation

Hi,

This question is to everyone who has used the free dining pin. I received one and called to apply it to our package. Since my package was fully paid for I upgraded to the Wilderness Lodge instead of getting a refund.

When I bring up my reservation online, I see that it's been changed to the WL, but it's not showing the dining plan. Is this because of the PIN or because the CM didn't apply it?

In the past(2007) when we have done free dining in never showed up online when I entered my confo# and phone number under my disney account.
But when I called to check CRO was able to see that I had the free dining. I would call just to double check

When I got all the info in the mail it did show the dining plan for each guest that was registered.

I have the same problem with min, on the Disney site when I check it is not there but I had disney email me a confirmation and it is on there, maybe they can email you a confirmation to put your mind a ease
