First time I got an e-mail from them on the subject of making PS. They must know I am right at 60 days out from arrival. The e-mail was a standard one that suggested now it the time to make any PS arrangements I might want. It suggested a few places. Little do they know I have made them already. We are already booked for Hoop-Dee-Do, Luau and LTT at MVMCP on Dec. 1st and these were made months ago. The last time we were there I booked several months ahead and we got front row seats for both Hoop-Dee-Do and the Luau. This will be our first MVMCP....smjj

How did they know your e-mail address? I wasn't asked for mine when I made reservations (at the All Star; maybe that has something to do with it).

I did provide it when I got my AP at Epcot in May, but never got e-mails from them on that subject until after I wrote in August and complained that I hadn't heard anything from them (either in paper or e-form).

I'm also a DC member, and they have my e-address from that (and registered with my e-add on their site), but I haven't heard anything in e-form regarding my upcoming stay in Nov-Dec (although I did get a nice paper pamphlet from them about things I needed to know.) Of course I already knew them from this site... (thanks, all). Did you get the paper brochure? Maybe the e-mail was in place of that, but I'd still like to know how to get on that list.

I'm just wondering what it would take to get better communication from them.

I was asked for e-mail addy when I booked YC abd when I booked ASSports. I have rec'd a postcard form them but no e-mails. Although when I called to make my last ressies they asked if I needed ps. I said no becaue I too already have ps for the 2 times I need it.

I think they ask for my e-mail address when I initally made the reservation several months ago. Other than this e-mail, I have never recieved any communications from then except the printed conformations for our rooms and the tickets for the MVMCP. Hope this helps..smjj
