So, I've been lurking around here, learning all I can about ordering off of Ebay and did my first order last week. One order was a lot of 12 (one scrapper in there - I'm going to notify the seller) but it was a scrapper the untrained (MY) eye wouldn't see - I had to read the description on Pinpics to even notice it, but it was there!
The second pin I bought not as a lot. Paid $4. It's listed as "Minnie Colorful Blocks" - picture on the listing was of 4 Minnies in different poses standing in front of primary color blocks. When the pin arrived, it was 3 MICKEYS and ONE MINNIE!
Pinpics shows two different pins - one ALL Minnie, one ALL Mickey, but not both mixed together! (My first hint was a big silver gap in the red block - that would normally be covered by Mickey's arm, but since Minnie was standing there instead....). I contacted that seller explaining that the pin she sent me was an obvious scrapper and didn't even look like the one in the description!
How funny!! And thanks for all the help here - I'm not going to put the scrappers into circulation - I might just keep them on their own lanyard...
