GOT A PIN CODE FOR THE 1ST TIME - can I use it with the gift card offer?

I got a pin code for the first time ever! We are seriously thinking of staying on property, I went online and did some researching, and then got a pin code in the email!

Can I use this ALONG WITH the gift card 500 dollar promotion????

Just booked this afternoon and was only able to use one promotion. As it turned out, CSR didn't have any rooms left for the PIN code promotion, anyway, so we took the $500 gift card instead. Still a good deal because we booked during the value season and got fantastic rates on the room!

The previous poster is correct.....you can't stack discounts and the gift card and PIN room discount are 2 separate deals. In order to get the gift card, you have to pay rack rate for the room; Disney will not allow you to get a % off the room AND get the gift card. You would have to work the numbers and see which is the better deal for you and go with that one.

Of course, some people have booked a package using the GC promotion and then added on additional nights using the room only code.

They end up getting a ticket with the package that is long enough to cover the entire trip.

This is a great way to do a split stay since the 2nd part doesn't have to have the ticket.

The only drawback is that you might have to switch rooms but can always ask to be kept in the same one. But in some cases, it might be worth the savings!
