Got a phone call from Disney...

Specifically, Disney Excutive Office. I wrote a letter telling them how magical my trip was and to tell them what Cast Members really made our trip. I listed about 8 CMs and gave reasons why they were so great. I got a call telling my how nice it was to hear good things....and they will be letting those CMs know what I said! I am so happy!!!

I did the same on our trip last year, stopped on our check out to talk to the manager, and he was almost shocked that I was not complaining!

I always try to make sure to recognize when a job is well done!
