Got a great Dec rate on flight. . .now, where to stay!

Okay, so I got a great rate on a flight for a Christmas trip to the world. Now I gotta figure out where to stay. I want deluxe so may do the Swan or Dolphin but I also loved the ASMu when I was there this past August. Its not available in December but ASSp is. Would you choose ASSp? The rate is awesome compared with Swan but dang, I love the Epcot location of the Swan.

I would try to book POP instead. Have you thought about that? Or Have you ever stayed at POR/POFQ? We also just booked a last minute trip to WDW in DEC. and we decided POR-less expensive then our usual fave-POLY-esp at Xmas time;but homey and relaxing also. Just a thought!

Thanks for your reply. . .if you can tell by my sig. . .my first trip to the world was this past August. Though I am a DLR veteran and have stayed at most resorts within this world. No, I didn't consider pop because the theming is not to my son's liking and they do not have availablity this christmas. POFQ is a possibility but not as convenient to two resorts as Swan/dolphin.

At Christmas time...I would stay wherever there was availability...you know the "inn" will be booked!!!

Have you checked the rates on westin.com for the Swan and Dolphin. Their prices are usually much lower than disney.com especially during peak season.

Location is always great -- esp during busy times.
But to me the All Stars are very inchangeable. Depending on the price, needs and time I maybe wpould choose the value. Depends too on how much time you plan on spending at the resort.

book the swan and use your nurses option, i did it for the dolphin, saved big bucks but wished i had stayed at the swan instead.
