Got a call today from HRH Concierge(long post

I sent an e-mail last night to HRH concierge(thanks to "highlander447)requesting a queen deluxe on club level(we were already booked for a regular queen at club).Imagine my surprise when my daughter answered the phone,I was talking to the dentist,and said it is some guy from HRH,well,long story short I told her to talk to the dentist and I took the phone!(Guess I am a bad mother)Rog,from HRH asked me if I would be willing to take a Queen deluxe on another floor with 7th floor keys and all club ammenities!Well,yeah!He informed all of club level is being renovated,half at a time.Staying 7 days,we would probably have to change rooms half way thru our visit if we stayed on 7th floor.So I said "yes"! we"ll take it!BTW,I sent a pretty corny e-mail!!
