Got a budget haircut for myself at SNIP ITS

My DD's get their hair cut at Snip It's. My 5 year-old has really thick hair and their stylists get her stacked bob right when other salons mess it up. Anyways, they had a sign up that they now cut "big kids'" hair too, so I went for it! They gave me the same haircut that my 5 year-old has and it came out GREAT! The best part is that it only cost me $55.75 for all 3 of us, $12 tip included. Our stylist gave us $2 off coupons to use on mine and my 5 year-olds haircuts too. Whoohoo! My 2 y.o. only needed her bangs cut, but still...that is pretty cheap for 2 full haircuts, a bang cut and a tip I was going to go to the local beauty school to get my hair cut, but this worked out better. I found my new salon

Great find. Unfortunately the Snip-it near my house stinks. I took my two boys there a few months ago and it was the worst haircut they had ever received. I'm very very easy going but I had to keep asking the hairdresser to fix spots she missed on both boys.

Expensive places can have horrible stylists and cheap ones can have fabulous ones- it's more about the person than the chain. Currently I've found a great stylist at supercuts....like the old payless commercials...I could pay more, but why?

Once you find a hair stylist you like I say stick with them regardless of the cost. That is great that you found one at a great rate. My stylist costs a fortune, but my hair looks great all the time and I would rather save mony in other ares and spend it on my hair. A good haircut & style does wonders for anyone, and it is even better when it is a great price. Congrats!

That's awesome. I forgot about Snip Its for DD's hair. I might as well do mine too, it's long and straight, I can't see how they could mess it up lol.

That's what I figured about mine too. Mine is also really thick and grows about 2 inches a month, so I told my stylist to just go for it...if it looked weird, it would grow out in no time Heck, it had to be better than what I was doing to my hair myself over the bathroom sink It came out awesome...love it and love the price
