I have the old gorillapod SLR which worked fine for my Nikon D60. Upgraded to the D7000 a few months back and it is too heavy.
Was thinking of purchasing a new gorillapod. While no substitute for a tripod it is more convienent to carry around all the time(especially in Disney) and does come in handy.
Does anyone use one with the D7000 or similar size/weight camera's. Wasn't sure if I needed the SLR-ZOOM (6.6 lbs capacity) or Focus (11lbs) capacity model.
