Goofy's Kitchen picture, cost and AP discount?

Does anyone know how much the picture/souvenir booklet costs at Goofy's, and whether the 10% AP discount can be applied?

When we did Minnie's breakfast I think the price after AP discount was around $31.00 . So AP discount definitely applied in our case.
