Goofy's Kitchen brunch question

I was trying to figure out if 2:00 is the last reservation time for Goofy's kitchen brunch on a Saturday or if that's when it's completely over. If you can make a 2:00 reservation, is there still good character interaction then? We've only ever done dinner there but I think my dd would eat more during brunch.
