Good title company to add a name to a deed?

We have a DVC contract at Copper Creek, at the time of purchase we put it in my wife's name only because we were intending to finance and got a better rate. This turned out to be a mistake on our part as we had second thoughts about financing and ended up paying it all in cash.

Now I really want to get myself added to the deed (I need that blue card!), I have gathered lots of information, I have seen the process and have even written up a new title, but with everything going on I can't seem to get around to it. Now I'm wondering if going through a title company would make more sense, ensure that it's done correctly and have somebody else to do the follow through. I know it will cost extra, but probably worth it just to get it done.

Does anybody have any recommendations for a title company that will do this for a reasonable price? Somebody easy to work with mostly via email & text would be ideal. Thanks!

LT Transfers will most likely be the most reasonable priced option. Their fees start at $175.

Another vote for LT Transfers! They took care of multiple deeds with other timeshares when my dad decided it was time to add us kids to his ownerships. Very smooth.
