good sit down breakfast in Boardwalk area

DD will be doing the Pirate's cruise from 9:30pm to 11:30pm so dh and I have 2 WHOLE hours to ourself. Since WS is not open yet, we thought we would get breakfast somewhere nice. No buffets or food courts though. Either a nice sit down or a nice counter service with quiet seating.

Suggestions???

Fresh in the Dolphin is very good but it's a buffet.
