We'll be in DLP June 30-July 3. I don't want to book any dining reservations because we are going to be jet lagged and I really don't know when we want to eat! We arrive at 8:30 am Paris time and that will be 11:30 pm home time...so it's going to be a crazy 3 days.

Can someone give recommendations on good places to eat, that you don't need a reservation for? We don't want the fancy places and don't really want to spend more than 25 euros a meal.

Thanks in advance.

We tried Casey's and cafe Hyperion last week and I don't think you can make reservations for those places. Casey's is hot dogs and Hyperion a McDonald's like menu. Both are fast food places, but our children enjoyed them.

Also, earl of sandwich in disney village would be good to try.

I'm not sure about table service restaurants at that time of year and under ¬25 - hopefully someone else will be able to help.

Hope you have a magical visit!

You'll be fine not making reservations in advance - although recommended it's not vital unless you have your heart set on somewhere. Your dates are classed as high summer season so all restaurants should be open - you'll be able to find something somewhere and you can always make reservations once you're there.

You might struggle a bit to get table/buffet service under €25 - you'll be OK at Annette's (doesn't take reservations anyway), at Cafe Mickey you could share pizzas, and at Walt's there's the express lunch which they used to do at Blue Lagoon too but you'll have to request it as I don't think it's listed on the menu.

The buffet at Agrabah is under €25 (recommend this for both excellent value food and theming) and so is Restaurant des Stars.

For counter service you can't go wrong with Earl of Sandwich :thumbsup2 or Toad Hall. :)

I am going in August and arriving around 8:30 am as well. We are kind of in the same boat. I am planning to eat my first meal at Earl of Sandwich since I want to check out the parks ASAP, and I have never tried the Earl of Sandwich at WDW and DLR. I must try it this time after reading so many raving reviews about this place.

Have fun planning! :goodvibes

We didn't understand what all the excitement of Earl Of Sandwich being in DLP was about but having tried it last year we are well and truly hooked!:goodvibes We're off to London on Friday and it didn't take much to persuade DH to go via the London Earl of Sandwich!!:rotfl::rotfl:

Rainforest Café.
They have a special menu from which you can choose between 3-4 different things.
It's 22,50 € for the main course and dessert.
(drinks are almost 5 € though :o )

I like the idea of Agrabah, but is there anything for a fussy 11 year old? What types of things are on the menu? I love that type of food, but if they even have pita breads and kebabs he'll be okay.

Like the idea of the Earl of Sandwich too.

Also, might try the Restaurant des Stars.

We want to try places not available in WDW or DL...unique to DLP, but not too expensive! I know, I know, perhaps I'm crazy. I suppose we could spend up to 30 euros if it was great.

So Agrabah, Earl of Sandwich and Restaurant des Stars seem to fit the bill. Any others?
