Good Place to stop for lunch on the way from the airport to WDW?

We're arriving at 11, and I'm thinking it would be easier to stop and get lunch before we get to the madness and crowds of WDW, but I also don't want to be driving around Orlando looking for something specific. Wondering if anyone could recommend a place that they may stop at that is more or less on the way to the parks from the airport. I'm hoping to avoid a chain, but a good local taco place would be perfect. Thanks!

For tacos close by, Mexas is my clear favorite. Not going to set the world on fire, but it’s very solid and consistent.
