We will be driving from Disneyland to Sonoma next month and I am curious if there are any places along the way anyone would recommend for lunch. I am planning on just driving up the 5 if that makes a difference for anyone.

Thanks in advance!

Try Harris Ranch, by Coalinga. Good restaurants, clean restroom, fun gift shop. There is a gas station across the street, if you need one.

Harris Ranch Inn & Restaurant.

The smell exiting your car might be a bit overpowering, but they've got really good meat there.

We recently drove from Napa Valley to Sonoma via Dry Creek Road. Fun little drive but not really the fastest way. When you say "Sonoma", do you mean the city of Sonoma, the Sonoma Valley wine country, or one of the larger cities like Petaluma or Santa Rosa?

I know of one place I'd recommend (Bouchon Bakery) in Yountville, but you'd probably get there too late for lunch. From Yountville it took about 30 minutes to get to Sonoma (the city).

Split Pea Anderson. All you can eat split pea soup and they have yummy sandwiches. Decor and uniforms are original from back in the day. Lotsbofgas stations around good midway stop.
