Good pizza near the BC resort?

We are staying at the BC and I thought I had read that they had a good pizzeria near there. Does anyone know if it takes the dining plan? Thanks, Linda

We are DVC Members and our home resort is Beach Club Villas. The closest pizza is actually the pizza window over on the boardwalk. I've never had it, but I've seen it. meh......

My vote would be order Giordano's take out. It's super yummy Chicago pizza.........to..die...for......

We have ordered for delivery at several Disney resorts, and it's always been dependable. Just beware that the Chicago pizzas take a while to bake, so delivery is a little longer than the average pizza joint.

On our trip last January we LOVED the Spoodles Pizza Window.....It was REALLY good!!! We weren't on the dining plan but the pizza only came to 20 bucks and fed my fam of 3 great! I know Kat Kora's restuarant has replaced Spoodles and I have heard there is still the pizza window and I am hoping it is still as good!

We're also fans of the Pizza window on the Boardwalk. I think it's delicious!

They do NOT take the DDP though. My DH would get a piece almost everytime he walked by when we stayed at BWV. I saw a few other husbands eating slices by the elevators too!

When ordering from Giordanos at the Boardwalk or Beachclub, do the guards allow them to come to the lobby area and/or entrance area?

Best pizza in that area is Picabu at the Dolphin.

The previous poster is correct in that Boardwalk Pizza Window (which I don't consider "good pizza" - Disney pizza is not "good pizza" - and for obvious reasons is no longer called the Spoodles Pizza Window) does not take DDP. (Picabu doesn't either)

YES! They will come to the lobby and call you when they are almost there.

Can you give more info on this...we have never stepped foot into swan or dolphin. This is the 1st time we aren't doing DDP staying at boardwalk and pizza one night works for me!

You can get pizza from room service. I believe you'll be charged 2 adult dining credits.

Surprisingly, the best pizza we've had on Disney property was at the Cape May Clam Bake buffet. It was a margherita pizza. The crust was thin and crisp and the toppings were fresh. Because of my kids allergies, we talked to the chef. He seemed pretty proud of his pizza and told us to make sure we tried it. Glad we did.
