Hi folks Good friday to ya all. I have some good news to share with you . I did my weigh-in last night. I lost 3 more pounds which now puts me at 200 lbs even. My pants are really roomy now. I am soo happy I nearly scared my mother when I screamed after seeing the scale stop at 200. I am on my way to a slimmer me by summer:thumbsup2

Keep up the good work!!! As you might have read in other threads I lost over 40 lbs by now. I know it's hard work, but it's absolutely worth it.

I have lost 20 lbs in 7 weeks. which is the most I have lost in my lifetime.

This is great news! :thumbsup2
As a weight watcher myself I know how great it feels to lose the weight.
I have kept a poem on my fridge so when things aren't going smoothly I just look at it.
It has helped me alot in my journey.
Here it is!

When you've eaten too much and you can't write it down and you feel like the biggest failure in town.
When you want to give up just because you gave in .
And forget all about being healthy and thin.
So what! You went over your points a bit, it's your next move that counts...
So don't you quit!
It's a moment of truth, it's an attitude change, it's learning the skills to get back in your range.
It's telling yourself you've done great up till now.
You can take on this challenge and beat it somehow.
It's part of your journey toward reaching your goal.
Your still gonna make it, just stay in control.
To stumble and fail is not a disgrace if you summon the will to get back in the race.
But, often the stugglers, when losing their grip,
just throw in the towel and continue to slip.
They learn to late when the damage is done.
That the race was'nt over and they still could have won.
Lifestyle change can be awkward and slow,
but facing each challenge will help you grow.
Success is failure turned inside out.
The silver tint in the cloud of doubt.
When you're pushing the brink, just refuse to submit.
If you bite it, you write it..BUT DON'T YOU QUIT!

I just hit that milestone as well. The scale actually read 199.2 last weigh in... I can't remember the last time I saw a 1 in front. Dropped about 60lbs to date and feel great. Keep up the good work everyone, I know how difficult it can be.

CONGRATULATIONS!!

Keep up the great work!!
