Ok Dis gang I have an Update on my progress to lose weight by summer. I just did my weekly weigh-in and I just lost 2 more Pounds since last week now i weigh 215 pounds, Thats 5 Pounds lost since last week. Now i want to be at my target weight od 180-190 pounds by the start of summer. :thumbsup2

You can absolutely do this! :)

I haven't lost much weight, but it came off the simple (but sometimes hard) way: count the calories, drink the water, exercise every day for 30 minutes. It finally started to come off when I started listening to my friends on the WISH boards...they knew all along!

If you do it, I'll do it. I'll pledge 15 pounds by the start of summer.

I'd better get going! I have some exercise to do... :thumbsup2

Congrats! I had put on a few pounds over the fall and my goal was to lose 14 pounds before our vacation. I started back at the first of the year and only have 4.6 pounds to go with 4 Weight Watcher weigh-ins left before vacation. I have my fingers crossed!

Congrats! I like a good losing story when it doesn't involve a job or a house. Keep up the great work :)
 
Some advice I can give is to really stick to it. You may find you gain a few pounds from nowhere while you are dieting but don't let that stop you. As long as you know your doing what you need to do just keep going those pounds will come right off and your will be back on track. I recently lost 96lbs this past year. I started at my heaviest of 242lbs. I went up and down in my weight while dieting but in the end I lost it. Just remember to let yourself have that piece of cake or goodie of some sort if you really need it. It is better that you have it then eat even more calories of something else trying to not have that sugary treat. Endulge then get back to it. Good luck and you can do it! :thumbsup2

Good advice ArielRae. Thanks to you and all that gave good advice on my quest to lose weight. Your good advice is helping me shed the pounds. For those who are trying to lose weight. Go for it. stick to it. And keep it off. Good Luck to all
