We just found out that our trip will three days LONGER than we originally planned. That's GOOD. We had already purchased 5-day hoppers from the Disney Store. That's BAD. What we REALLY need are 5-day hopper plus tickets, now. The kids want to hit TL and BB. Anyone know if you can 'upgrade'? and if so, how?

Thanks!
Billy

When you get to WDW, before you use any of your tickets, go to a Guest Relations window at the front of any of the 4 theme parks, and they can "upgrade" you to the PHP pass.

Have a great trip!

Of course if you are planning on visiting again within a year, getting the Premium Annual Pass might be a better deal for you. The 'break even' point is 11 days, which you are going to be close to.

Have a good time!

This sounds good! Thanks for the info!

Is guest relations the same as a 'ticket booth'? You don't actually have to use the ticket to be able to get to guest relations... do you?

If you're staying at a WDW Resort, you can buy your tickets right at the hotel.

All of the parks have Guest Relations windows outside the turnstiles. You do not have to enter the park to upgrade the tickets.

At Epcot, it's to the far right of the ticket booths; same at MK. At Studios, it's to the far left, just past the bathrooms. At DAK, also to the far right. Big signs that say "Guest Relations." Can't miss 'em.

While you can purchase tickets at your resort, I do not believe that you can do an "upgrade" there.

I am not sure, but I believe all upgrades have to be done at the Guest Relations counters at the parks. You don't have to enter to get to them.

At MK, they are to the right of the turnstiles, at Epcot, they are also to the right, and at MGM and AK, they are to the left!

There's also a guest relations window at Downtown Disney West Side. It's right at the base of the tower that says West Side.

Never a line there.

And...there is also a Guest Relations at DTD Marketplace, down a small walkway, just to the right of Team Mickey. There was no line there on a Sunday afternoon when we went to get our APs.
