Good News and Bad News for my ADR's

Well, I just booked all my dining ressies for Dec1-3 this morning at 5AM (my time). Stayed up all night just so I wouldn't sleep in and miss a chance at LeCellier (we've never been able to get it).

Good News... Got all my ressies I wanted including Cali Grill, Chef Mickeys, Crystal Palace, and 2 Le Cellier ressies!!

Bad news... It was a royal headache doing it. Is anybody else having major problems with the online ressie system? First I logged on and all my hotel info was under "My Reservations". Then, when I tried to book at 185 days out it asked for my confirm # to see if I qualified for the 180+10 reserve window. When I typed in my ressie, it took it, then kept saying it didn't qualify me to book early (which it was supposed to). THen when I tried again to get dining ressie, it glitched and logged me out. I logged back in, and now it lost all my confirm info under "My Reservations". I Put it all back in, tried to enter confirm# again and this time it took it. Booked one meal, but when I tried to do second one, it logged me off again! This time it literally showed me logged off, but when I clicked on "My Reservations" while logged off, all my info was still there like I was logged on.

This went on and on and on... for a solid 45 minutes until I finally managed to book 6 meals. Now I just tried to log on again and do some checking and it is rejecting my confirm# AGAIN! Says it isn't valid, but it was valid this morning.

I am just glad I am done with booking for this year... what a royal MESS! Good news is, I have 6 months to get over this frustrations and enjoy meals at all the places I wanted to try

I went through the same thing last week. I was totally stressing out - which was unnecessary in the end because I was able to get all that I wanted (except HDDR which just hasn't been released yet). But I had to switch computers and use my husbands work laptop. I assume it has something to do with the settings on my laptop (cookies, etc) but I had no patience to try to figure that out.

Glad you got your Le Cellier ressies!

What browser are you using? Maybe you should switch to something different. I've never had issues using Google Chrome, but it's been a few months since I made reservations on the system.

So sorry you had all that trouble. What a pain!!! I guess its not fair that my ADR's were hassle free. My trip is in August and i booked my vacation & ADR's just a couple of weeks ago! Got everything i wanted too! hahaha.

I do agree thou, it might be an issue with your browser???

What browser are you using? Maybe you should switch to something different. I've never had issues using Google Chrome, but it's been a few months since I made reservations on the system.

I tried it on IE and Firefox and on 3 different PC's now... with same type of results... very strange. But not going to worry about it anymore. I have all my ressies I wanted, and don't need to make anymore until next year (DL here we come to check out World of Color)

NevEd booked online been a few years. I always get good info from staff, never liked trying to call at 5 am, but listening to music from the parks always got me in the mood. Hope they work out the bugs, maybe there was soo many people on at one time it overloaded the site.

That would make sense... except it did it again later in the evening when presumably the traffic would've been lighter. My money is on it being a cookies/browser issue... or else WDW just doesn't like me
