Good Neighbor hotels to get 60-day FP booking! Update: AND EMH!

We arrived in Orlando by car at about 6pm, and spent the first night at the SpringHill Inn and Suites in Winter Garden. We could see the Epcot fireworks from our hotel room. We saw the hotel called itself a "good neighbor" Disney hotel, had some Disney décor, and a separate staffed desk for Disney tickets, etc. I knew the hotels at Disney Springs offered the EMH and 60 days out FP perks, but at the time of our arrival in early September, this hotel,not in Disney Springs, did not. One of the reasons we had booked stays in AoA, and only stayed here since it was cheaper on a day we would not "do Disney." So now, these good neighbor hotels have the same benefits as the Disney Springs hotels, and the on-site hotels?

The title of this post is misleading. Not all Good Neighbor Hotels get EMH and FP at 60 days. Good Neighbor hotels are more that Disney "vets" the hotel, which basically means they "inspect" the rooms to make sure certain levels of standard are met. Currently the Disney Springs Hotels, 4 Seasons, and Bonnet Creek Resort Area Hotels. Basically most of the 3rd party traditional hotels on physical Disney property receive the benefits through the end of 2020, currently.

NO Good Neighbor Hotels get EMH or 60 Day FP+.

You are so right on the title of the post. In addition, add Swan, Dolphin, and Shades of Green to the list of non-Disney owned hotels with 60 day FP+ and EMH, and only two of the Bonnet Creek resorts have the perks--the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and Waldorf Astoria Orlando.

You are so right on the title of the post. In addition, add Swan, Dolphin, and Shades of Green to the list of non-Disney owned hotels with 60 day FP+ and EMH, and only two of the Bonnet Creek resorts have the perks--the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and Waldorf Astoria Orlando.

The other problem is this thread is two years old. The title issue was discussed several times and should have been changed to prevent this from coming up again ... but it wasn't.
