It was only a matter of time especially with Swan and Dolphin already on board from the beginning, I'm sure this expansion will also include the Bonnet Creek resorts which also have "good neighbor" partnerships with WDW.. IMHO this is not necessarily a bad thing, even with the additional influx of EMH guests the crowds will still be nothing remotely comparable to the crowds during normal operating hours.
I can also see how from a business standpoint this was a smart decision on Disney's part, at the end of the day, the more guests in the park at any given time = additional spending on dining, merchandise, experiences, etc.. They are already paying for
